- Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

💶 Salary:
- Before taxes (gross):
🔴 Hourly rate: 10.00 EUR/hour;
🔴 Monthly salary: 2000 – 2400 EUR/month. - After taxes (net):
🟢 Hourly rate: 8.00 EUR/hour;
🟢 Monthly salary: 1600 – 1920 EUR/month.
🗓 Work schedule:
- 5 – 6 days a week, 8 hours per day in 2 shifts;
- First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
- Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
- Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
- Overtime is possible by agreement;
- Monthly workload: 200–240 hours.
📋 Responsibilities:
- Packaging branded clothing (T-shirts, jeans, jackets, shoes, and accessories);
- Checking the quality and integrity of products;
- Marking, scanning, and labeling goods;
- Sorting by category, size, and collection;
- Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace;
- Compliance with safety and industrial hygiene standards.
🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utility costs are paid by the employee);
- Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
- Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
- Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
- Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
- Utilities: from 50 to 100 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
