- Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

💶 Salary:
- Before taxes (gross):
🔴 Hourly rate: 9.00 EUR/hour;
🔴 Monthly salary: 1800 – 2250 EUR/month. - After taxes (net):
🟢 Hourly rate: 7.20 EUR/hour;
🟢 Monthly salary: 1440 – 1730 EUR/month.
🗓 Work schedule:
- 5–6 days a week, 8 hours in 2 shifts;
- First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
- Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
- Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
- Overtime is possible by agreement;
- Monthly workload: 200–240 hours.
📋 Responsibilities:
- Packaging chocolate products (bars, candies, chocolate bars, etc.);
- Checking products for integrity and compliance with standards;
- Labeling, sticking labels, and packing into boxes;
- Sorting products by type and expiration date;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
- Compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.
🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
- Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
- Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
- Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
- Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
- Utilities: from 50 to 100 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
